installing a dish to 61.5

if i installing a dish to 61.5, and i a sub for Starz!, my VIP211 automatic to tune the channel or i need to call to active the HD version?

Assuming you have the HD package and a Starz subscription, you shouldn't need to call, but you will need to do a Check Switch on the receiver once you connect the 61.5 dish.
