Wrong time showing on my DIRECTV DVR.

I am having issues setting the time on my DVR. I ordered a movie and didnt notice it until I tuned into the channel and found it half over!!! My DVR is an hour off, as if the timezone is off. Within settings I have the correct "central" time listed, as I am in Iowa. Also, daylight savings is selected to 'yes' but yet I cannot get the right time set. Any help would be great! Thanks.

Try pressing the red button behind the front panel door. This often fixes time problems. If it doesn't, it could be that your account is entered into DirecTV's system as being in the wrong time zone. This would require a call to DirecTV to get corrected.

Happened to my HR20 as well after the most recent update. Red Button reset did the trick.

some people will say to do the reset thru the menu....the red button is harder on the hard drive and may lead to problems....but whatever.
