VS. on Ch. 508

I am getting the VS. channel on ch 508. 508 should be hbo family.
I have reset HR20 several times with same problem.

I called Dtv, had me reset h20 again. Still no luck. Any one have any answers.

It's OK for me (on 603)... I live in Fort Worth, so I don't think it's the signal...

I have 1 hr20.
Its been going on for a couple of weeks.

CSR has no clue where to go with this.

Sometimes I get CNBC(355) on channel 455, where CCTV9 should be. It mostly happens on my D10-100, but it also happens on my H20-600. The guide banner is always correct for the channel I am tuned to, but the show is wrong. Which leads me to believe it is not the receivers, but how the video content gets from the LNB through the various switches and cabling to the receivers.

Called Dtv back today. They still have no idea. But they are shipping me out a new reciever.

I had a service call for this same reason the other day. The guy was only getting even transponders. Replaced cable and all was good.
