View Full Version : HDTV Ready 722 install
I have a LG 42 in. HDTV ready TV. It only has composite connections, no HDMi. I am having an upgrade from a 508 to a 722 this week. How long is the composite cable that comes with the 722. I will need at least 6 feet. Thanks. Also what kind of reception should I expect from sat 129 in S. Arkansas. Thanks again.

Do you mean composite or component?
The 722 may not come with component cables, depends on your installer.
You're better off going to www.monoprice.com and ordering the cables on the cheap. :)
Sorry, I meant component, what about 129 reception in S Arkansas

With a Dish 1000.2 reception off 129 is acceptable, especially if the installer takes care to peak the dish to 129.
I have a Dish 1000 which is slightly inferior to the Dish 1000.2 and with it methodically peaked, I only experience small pixellation events on rare occasions, I 'd expect the 1000.2 to do better.
