Please help, in the hr20 setup is an option to set the satellite up, which satillite do you select under the many options provided. All I know is I have a 3 lnb dish but that is not an option. Everytime I select a 3lnb with a 72 of 95 satellite it says not to connect b-band converters and I know I need them and they or installed.
So, which option is correct?

Just guessing you need to select the 5 LNB. Also select "Not Installed" for the 72.5 and 95 sats.

To clarify, take a look at your dish. The biggest mistake customers (and CSRs make) is counting the LNBs. Does it say Slimline on it? Does it look like this?

Or does the LNB assembly look like two parts?

Then you need the Slimline-5 or 5-LNB dish selected.

You only need the 72.5 selected if you have a second 18 inch dish for your SD locals.

You only need the 95 selected if you are getting international programming (Russian, Hindi, etc).

thanks, this helps. Looking at sat pics under FAQ it appears I have a AT9 large. So that corresponds to what option under the setup menu?

Depending on your software versions Slimline-5 or 5-LNB Multisat
