Message on screen states that they are aware and trying to restore service.

I've seen the same message appear automatically on the HD locals whenever the signal is low.

When I improve the dish aiming on 61.5, thr message disappears.

I think this is one of the changes that occurred with software V439.

They seem to be back. I never noticed them missing in the first place.

I got that message in the past during rainy conditions. Last night however the rain caused a "warm reboot" ("0 of 5") which you can get out of by going to a DVR recorded program than back to the EPG.

Switching to the SD version sometimes also helps (a short downpour during the 9th inning wiped out STO HD for a short time but STO SD on 119 was fine).
