VOD downloads cancelled/deleted

Last night I was downloading four movies from DirecTV VOD (Showtime) but three of them failed for no apparent reason. This morning when I turned my DVR on I noticed that only one of the four that I had in the queue last night had downloaded. Now I was downloading one when I went to bad last night and that one downloaded. One of the movies was deleted and than canceled at the exact same time in history. The others did not download and show canceled under the history window. Now my vod queue is empty. Any ideas? Also it appears now that none of my VOD channels work.

typical directv hddvr erases programs before it records them. Ive had this happen to me also one reason why i may one day switch to verizon fios. BRING BACK TIVO!!!!

It's not typical. I down loaded every episode of Dexter with out any issues. On a wireless adapter at that. Sounds like a network error occurd. Maybe even a server error on their part. Could it be the IRD couln't find the server after the first down load ended?

Well I rebooted the DVR and now channel 1537 (Showtime VOD) says that it is currently unavailable. Anyone else see this?

and that may be the reason you didn't get your downloads last night.

Just got off the phone w/ Directv and they are telling me my service code is wrong and that I have to wait 2-3 days for it to reset. Tech admitted that it is an error in the system and they are working on it.
