Yes, the point value for the Who Gets Voted Out polls doesn't change with the merge. The other polls do change in point value.

Yup... the other polls become much harder to guess when reward and immunity become individual competitions rather than a 50-50 tribal. Who gets booted out however keeps the same complexity, and actually theoretically gets easier due to fewer choices as time goes on.
