Signal Strength Question

Is there a difference in picture quality that is noticeable to the average viewer between a signal of 77 on an HD channel vs a signal in the 90's?

Or is the only difference a better chance at rain fade with the lower number?

maybe higher chance of slightly more pixelizations slight....think its mostly a rain fade faster situation.

There is no difference in PQ. Lower signals just means it will not take as much to start having rain fade problems.

Thanks for t he quick replies. Since I'm in So Cal, rain is not usually an issue, so I guess I should be fine with the mid 70's on 103 and 99.
