Hotpass Ch. 799 not working

Getting the dreaded "searching for signal on satellite 2" message.

All other channels are fine including the SD network channel.

Anyone else having this issue?

ESPNHD working just fine as well. The only channel on my entire system that is not working is the only channel I was planning to watch today.

Sometimes after pressing the red button it takes a few seconds until the screen appears.

I just had a situation where pressing my format button for my HD DVR20 the audio choice screen appeared. :confused: It won't change to letterbox so I am stuck with 1080 original format and can't view the running order ...... Keep Smoke out front then I won't need it :lol:

You mean having NASCAR help Jeffie out when they probably wouldn't have for anyone else with a radio issue wasn't enough for you? :D

SpaceMaker, any luck yet with the audio? I can get audio for 24 on my HDR20 but not my HD11

We aren't pickin' on Jeffie, just pointing out the favoritism that Nascar has for him. :)

NASCAR would post the number for any as a courtesy and safety measure for any driver. Even the great pumpkin in the 20 car would be afforded such a courtesy so don't try playing the favoritism game with me because I'm already is a crap mood.

I ended up resetting my DVR and 799 came back.

Best hotpass moment this year! After the big wreck, watching Harvicks channel with the audio on Network. They went to commercial, but the audio stayed with all the network guys, booth and trailer. They started discussing what may have been the problem with Bobby L., and they seemed to conclude it was a "crotch" issue, or as the cutaway car guy said "I think it was the jockstrap area". They went on for a good 90 seconds before the decided it was best not to speculate. What a hoot!

I'm OK now. I can't believe I called Tony names. I respect him too much as a person and driver to be stooping to that level. I guess with the 799 issue I had along with the 24 car being garbage got to me. As a Gordon fan I usually have thicker skin than to react to the "Jeffie" and the favoritism jabs. Sorry for all that.

Nope, nothing to be sorry about, it was either Hotpass or Nascar that caused the problems and issues. Believe me, I was ranting when I couldn't get audio as well as change the dang format. Seems to be working now since I changed channels. But I wasn't a happy camper either. Besides, I did like the reference to the "great pumkin", brought back memories of Charlie Brown days. :)

Yeah right... Even DJ and Andy Petree stated that NASCAR wouldn't normally do that. Andy even stated he had asked for such a "courtesy" when he was a crew chief and was told no.
