To do list not working any more on my HR20-700

To do list not working any more on my HR20-700. The problem started a few days ago, it’s recording what I have programmed in series link and manual but will not show what is coming up in the to do list. For example it says 19 programs in to do, then when I go in to see what they are it says no programs. Any thoughts

My first thought would be to reset the receiver. I've seen this before and it seems to be a bug in displaying the list, not in the list itself.

Either one will reset the IRD.
