99/103 Signal Tests-Bad BBC?

New HR-21 seems working fine, but should I be concerned about Signal Test channel messages?

Test Channel 480 "Correct 103 B-band odd (13v)"
On 103(c) trans 1-14 all in high 70's, but #17 and #22 are zero
On 103 (s) trans 1-6 70-83, but zero on #2, #6;
also on 103 (s) zero #15, 16, 17, 19, 22, 23, and 24; #18=85, #20=95, but #21 only 35
Test Channel 481 for "103 B-band even (18v) seems OK

Test Channel 482 "Correct 99 B-band odd
Test Channel 483 "Correct 99 B-band even
On 99(s) trans 1-6 all 69-87, but #15-24 all zero;
on 99(c) 1-14 all 66-80 with NO zero

Test Channels 490/491 (101), 494 (110 even) and 492/493 (119) all test OK.

New Slimline 5-lnb dish (non-SWM for now).

Could it be bad BBC ?

103c 17 and 22 are no longer in use is seems and are showing 0's for everyone.

103s/99s is spot beams and can be all over the place and isn't an indication of problems.

103c and 99c both seem a little on the low side but i wouldn't expect it's the BBC. More likely than not you just need a slight alignment tweak.
