Line and Voltage conditoners

What are your experiences with line and voltage condtions ( I am assuming diiferent from surge protecors) Any recommended brands?

I currently use a APC BR1500LCD 1500VA 865 Watts 8 Outlets BACK-UPS (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000NDA5E0) since we too often have something that looks like brownouts and something that looks like high voltage (the power company denies this ever occurs except possibly in storm outages, so it just looks like the lights dim and the meters I use are all wrong). If my 722 is recording, but nothing else in the system is "on" I seem to have 10-12 minutes to get my generator up and running, plus so far it seems to clean up the power coming from the generator. I have two more of these, one each on my wife and my computers. I've used other brands that seemed to work ok, TrippLite and Ultra are two that come to mind.
