Change channel to OTA

OK, so I perceive my OTA is a bit crisper than my subscribed locals from Dish. I would like to know how to change channels to OTA without using the guide. Let's use 11.1 for example. If I'm watching a different channel, say 5 and I want to turn to 11.1 is there a remote button combination to do that without going to 11.0 or the guide first? What I'm doing now is hitting 1-1 (which goes to 11.0) and then the up one channel button to get 11.1.

Yep, you just enter 01101 which will tune to 11-1.

Entering 01101 will immediately switch channels. Entering 0111 waits a few seconds for the second digit to be entered before changing channels.
Both work. It just depends on how impatient one is. :)

I press 25 to get to 24.1, 37 to get to 36.1 etc... just use 1 ch. up.

And what if there are more than one sub-channel but they are not included in the List of Favorites? :)
