Okay, Replay is in the poor house right now. I think Dish should buy some PVR IP on the cheap. Name based timmers, Network sharing, etc.

Sonicblue's IP already went to Denon&Marantz.

According to the business trade mags D&M stressed they have only made a non-binding proposal. The IP is still up for grabs.
