HBO/Cinemax

I used to have Dish and switched to DirecTV and am loving it. However, I do have a question.

Why are we missing all the Cinemax channels but like 3. I know we don't get HBO Comedy and HBO Zone either, but with Cinemax we are missing like 6 channels.

Are there any real plans to add these? Has DirecTV always been this way?

Yes, they've always been this way.

No one knows if they plan to pick them all up or not... But I wouldn't be surprised if they get added, in HD only... They did that with a couple Starz channels. They are pretty maxed at SD right now, and I know that as they move some channels around, they would probably rather use the additional bandwidth for lil sd channels being moved from 72.5 than they would additional premiums.
