I have an old 4700 reciever I would like to use as a second receiver. It has never been activated. It will only lock on to the sat signal for a few seconds at a time then it looses signal. Is this a bad receiver? If it is bad does dish have any trade in/ upgrades that I could take advantage of. The customer rep said there may be some available but refused to tell me any details about them until I was ready to buy. What a way to run a business. Can this receiver be connected to a Dish Pro LNB with out a problem.
