What will happen to the POW's who are not wanted for any war crimes, when the war is over? Will they be set free, or is there some sort of military prison they will go to?

If they did not commit any crimes against military or civil law and if they had nothing to do with terrorist activity, the US will probably release them.

I wouldn't venture to say what may happen to US POWs. In every war since Korea, US POWs have been political pawns. I hope for the best at the end of this war.

How about the"rumored" Vietnam era method of dropping them out of a helicopter over the sea? Its pretty efficient.
