Recording of NCIS on HR21 - terrible dropouts of sound, lots of pixalization and even blackouts dduring the playback for the first 45 min.

We record NCIS every Tue and there always seems to be a problem usually with the sound synchronization. We record probably 10 shows a week on different channels and NCIS is the only one that has problems. One night last season that the problem was occurring I turned on my HR15 and it was fine

Fox 18 in Charlotte (WCCB) is terrible and has been for 2-3 days now. Major pixelation with lots for green blocks on the screen. Could not watch Prison Break last night.

99s transponder 20 is showing signal strength of 97. All other locals seem to be ok.

Halfway through Prison Break I got the message "No need to call is - we are aware your local channel sucks!"

Not having the reverb here, but constant stuttering and sound is way out of sync from the picture. The picture is fine.

Ticks me off to have to watch in SD tonight, but I cant stand the constant stuttering.

I am having interference on every local CBS show I record and watch. I guess it is like pixellation for a second or two and it happens 1-3 times in every show I record, which is a lot of shows! I am in Charlotte, NC market and the channel is WBTV channel 3.
