Ka Hi and Lo on Acutrac III+

I’ve been successfully aiming my AU9 Slimline dish as I travel in my RV using an AcutracIII+. I get the networks from NY via an RV DNS waiver. Although I’ve set it up multiple times in different locations in about 10 minutes, I’m still confused about the difference between Ka Hi and Ka Lo. Which should I be using to peak 99 and 103 on screens 1 and 3? For D*, would I ever use screens 2 or 4?

Any thoughts on peaking Ka signals on the AcutracIII vs dithering?

Ka Lo is the national channels and any spots coming off d10/d11. Ka hi is just locals off spaceways.
