Yes, the poll guy is back again

The question is: What Directv satellite dish do you currently have installed?
Multiple choices are allowed for those of you that have multiple Dishes.

Here is a graphical representation if you need it to find your dish:

You didn't list single versus dual LNB versions of the 18" dish.

Think anyone still has a single LNB 18" dish anymore?

I do but not for long. The SD versions of some of my locals are still on the 72.5 bird so I still have a Slimline and a single LNB 18".

I think they only install duals, needed or not.

AU9 Slimline #1
AU9 Slimline #2
Extra Slimline LNB (modified to remove 110/119 for testing)
Phase III #3
Phase III #4
18" "dual" LNB #5
18" "single" LNB #6

All are on hand. At least two are mounted and aligned at all times. Which 2 (or more) depends on what I'm doing/testing/playing with at any given time.

Also have a Sat C LNB on loan from another forum member for testing.

How much was premium for the the dual LNB originally, does anyone remember?

I think you got it "free" with the deluxe receiver, which was quite a bit more money than the basic one. I don't even recall what was deluxe about the deluxe receiver anymore. Anyone?

You need to add the Slimline (AU9) with SWM-LNB. :)

If you PM a mod, he might just fix that poll for you.

I dont know what the premium was, but I got upgraded to the dual LNB 18" dish when I upgraded to a Tivo receiver (that needed dual inputs). Before that I had one of the original Sony single LNB dishes, that thing was awesome (had an aiming indicator on the LNB, was tiny, and look awesome :) )

It is my pleasure to comply.

Thanks Stuart ;)

I forgot about the red dot aiming indicator!

I think the premium was s-video out and an RF remote. I'm trying to check with my "D* since day one" buddy.

Of course, yeah, if you ever wanted to go to two receivers/tuners, you had to have the dual output dish. Boy, those were different days.

Most should match up just fine

I left off the S off of the AU9-S. AU9/Slimline/ is the same thing as the AU9-S on solidsignal's page for all purposes of the poll.

The Slimline 3 is the version of the slimline that will just have 1 feed horn (white cap) and only sees 99, 101, 103...solidsignal does not have it yet and it is just entering the field.
