4000's most current software?

Do you people know if 4000's most current software is still in the stream?
Or there is no 4000's software being offered via stream nowadays?

There is a page on Dish Networks support page that lists the latest two revisions of software for each of their models.

Yes - i know which 2 are most current ones...

But the question was - if any of those 2 most current ones, lets say, is being offered via stream currently, or not any longer?

And if so - how often is it being offered via stream?
