Is Anything Being Broadcast From 118 Yet?

Just curious if anything at all is being broadcasted from the 118 slot yet, I know they uploaded the new filipino channels to this location, but have not turn them on yet. is there a date for programing to start on this location?:confused:

If so, there have been internationals and several local HD markets there for at least a year now.
