Is any one having a problem with Channel 7 as far as sound? I am not getting any sound at all on the HD version of that channel.

I haven't had sound all day on that channel and as of right now still no sound. All the other stations are fine.

Well I have sound but it is off about a sec with the video. Can't stand watching anything on 7. I am still using my OTA for 7 until it gets fixed. Also that channel has BAD PQ Sat. afternoon during the games. Also bad PQ on the OTA. I know they are not on their tower yet. They are using another tower until their new one gets up.

The picture keeps looking like it's out of focus (even in HD). Also, there is a picture lag which makes it look like you're watching a show on the internet with a slow connection.

KATV is by far the worst of the networks in Little Rock. They spend the bare minimum it takes to run the station. Their only claim is the link with ARSN and Raycom (which results in missing ABC football and primetime shows in HD). Also, all day Sunday is infomercials.

I refuse to watch them other than the few ABC shows that I follow.

I agree with Tusk's post above. I noticed the same picture lag during the games on Saturday, and the out of focus, particularly on wide shots.

I have moved around alot, and KATV is the saddest excuse for a network affiliate I have seen.

This should probably be in the HD Local Issues Forum.

I am glad I'nm not the only one. Besides having no sound for prolonged periods when the sound did come back it was out of sync by over a second. The picture was terrible, I kept cleaning my glasses figuring it had to be me.

Let's stick with the HD Broadcast Issues sub-forum .. DIRECTV is more likely to see it there.
