Dish Pointing Help needed

I have searched for the information here in the Discussion groups and also tried Dish Pointer and I could not find a deterministic answer.

I would like to know what the coordinates are for getting general programming plus HD from Starchoice or Expressvu.

DishPointer lists the following satellites for StarChoice:
107W
111W

Are those the only ones required for getting all the programming available on StarChoice?

What about ExpressVu. I could not really find which satellites I need for getting to it and where the dish itself needs to point to.

My location is aread code 98014.
