I ordered the WWE Six Pack. Last night was WrestleMania and it came on my main receiver fine. Only problem was it wasn’t authorized on my 2nd receiver. I call them up and the first guy tells me that you can only have it on one TV. If I wanted to watch it in my bedroom I had to take my main receiver off of my TV in the living room and hook it up in my bedroom.

Told him to cancel my account, he goes and sends me to someone else. They said they authorized it and hung up. Ten minutes later no PPV.

I Call back and ask for advanced Tech Support. The guy comes on, I tell him the problem. He goes in and checks a box and it's on. What is up with this nothing short of crap service Dish has been putting out here in recent months??

Recent months? I've had crap service for a couple years. Usually what I do is hang up and call back a couple of times until I get someone more interested in doing his/her job. Heck, and that's just the phone service; you should see the crap the installers they've sent out have put me through :-)

Yep, for a couple years AT LEAST, and they tell my customers false information as well and put all the blame on me and the customers are on my but being rude and mean and I am sick of it. They also tell another one of my customers that thought he should call me and tell me that they would not let him shut his system off on more than one attempt and said he had to have a reason to shut his system off. They got snobby with him. He was past his contract period of one year by the way because he has had it at least a couple or more years.
