My 721 is showing No Information Available on every channel. Anyone know how to get the 721 to update or am I stuck waiting for the overnight download?

Try pulling the card out for a few seconds then reinserting it.

There is no overnight download on the 721. The 721 normally uses the second tuner (while it isn't recording) to download the EEPG. As Steve said, try pulling the card. That will cause a reset and should fix it. If it doesn't, here are a couple of things to check: first, make sure that your second tuner is working. Second, check transponder 29 from the 110 satellite. That is where the EEPG is spooled from and if your signal is weak on that transponder you will not get it. Another thing that you might want to do is run the switch test.
