I kicked Comcast (then AT&T Broadband) out last August when I had suffered through weeks of poor service, broken promises of how soon full service would be restored, and insulting 'one day of credit' offers. I installed Dish and have been happy ever since.
Next, my broadband service started acting up (Sprint fixed wireless). So I kicked them out. January I had Comcast come back for Internet service. Its been stable and fast.
Its nice to have choices. Let's just hope that the FCC doesn't screw it up.
