Locals on new H23-600

Yesterday DirecTV installed my free replacement HD recevier H23-600. I currently have 2 other HDTVs that have the H20-600 HD receivers. On my two H20-600 receivers I receive my local HD channels out of St. Louis on Channels 2-11.

On my newly installed H23-600 I can not locate my local channels anywhere in my DirecTV guide.

Can someone help me? Or do I need to call DirecTV?

I have tried resetting the receiver but still no local STL channels.

Try reauthorizing your receivers at directv.com.

If that does not work, you'll probably have to call them.
