Yesterday morning both of my HR20-700s were completely unresponsive. Neither would respond to the remote or the power button on the front panel. Both units are identical but on different versions of the software. One is on CE 0286 and the other is on the NR 0254. Pulling the power cord restored both receivers.
For the rest of the day, everything was OK. Then at 6:55 PM last night, both receivers spontaneously rebooted simultaneously. Should I be trying to track down a problem? Could this have been attributed to some kind of power fluctuation? There wasn't any indication of a power problem. Both receivers have been working fine since. My R15 and D11 were unaffected.
