Why'd NBATV go red?

I had been watching the channel free and clear (AT100) and recently it went red. Was it in free preview mode for a month or two and then went subscription with the NBA package? Anyone know? I wanted to watch the Lakers/Mavs game tonight and maybe some HD games! :(

Correct about it being in preview mode - it's now ONLY now in Everything pak, Multi-sport pak & w/NBA-LP.

Everything Pak=AT150+movie channels...but their web site does not show this channel in the AT150. You sure? If it was, couldn't I just get the AT150?

Yes, this is how they have it now on their new prog brochures.
NO, it is NOT in AT150 - JUST the AEP.
Don't ask me why, this is what E* has stated since they announced NBA-TV.
