Hello everyone,
I purchased a HR-22 to replace a H-23. The H-23 had one Satellite input, the HR-23 needs 2 Satellite inputs. I tried splitting the cable, which needless to say didn't work. So I went outside to look at the cables coming out of the dish. There are three wires that comes down and go into some plugs, where two cables come out (one goes to the old H-23 and the other goes to a H-23 in another room). There are two connectors with nothng coming out from the dish.
So I'm thinking all I have to do is connect a new wire and run it to the HR-22. Will this work or does the Directv technician have to do something else to get another wire in?
