HR 21 Speed of Guide

I have 2 HR 21s. The one upstairs has always had a very fast guide. The guide on the unit in the living room is much slower. Does anyone know how I can improve the speed of the guide on the HR 21?

Two thoughts:
1) Does the upstairs one have more stuff on it? Like recordings, items in the prioritizer, items in to do list?
2) Are they running the same version of software?
