HR20-700 Guide data problem

Woke up this morning and my HR20-700 is "unable to acquire Guide Data". I have tried several reboots to no avail. Anyone else having this problem? We did have some high winds yesterday but overnight it was calm and we had signal at 11:00pm when going to bed.

Now I'm at work and unable to record the Dawgs this afternoon. :(

I'm having the same problem

Well I called my wife and had her unplug the receiver for a few minutes. After plugging it back in and restarting the guide loaded.

Maybe that will help you also.

I've been trying that....doesn't seem to work
