How do I speak to an actual CSR?

Everytime we call DISH network's number at 1-800-333-DISH, all we get is automated recordings of stuff. How do i speak to a REAL CSR? Is there a number i push to get there?:confused:

I think he means try pressing zero - typically the default option for live operator.

Of course "getting through" and getting through to someone who knows what you want is another story. I have already had to hang up and call back 2-3 times to get what I want. Can't understand why the csr's can't be trained a bit better. You'd be surprised how many times you can call in about an offer that's running only to hear from them "I've never heard of that...its news to me". The CSR's seem to be clueless unless you get a senior one. GOOD LUCK!!!
