I have a strange issue that started a couple of releases ago and continues with the latest release. I can only view signal strengths if parental controls are locked. If they are unlocked the dashes never fill in with readings. Has anyone else seen this behavior or know how to correct it.

Never seen that one. Have you tried a menu reset?

Yes, menu reset has been done. It's weird, the behavior has stuck even through new software releases.

if parental controls all disabled does it work for you? and then can you start adding the restrictions and see where it starts doing this?

It will only display readings if parental controls are locked.

ok, mine are all off-never set- and it does not do this. was wondering if 1 specific one did this.
