Massive pixelation on Channel 80, clear on Channel 390

I have a HR21-100 with 0x290. There is a lot of pixelation right now on Channel 80, CBSE, with occasional banners showing "771 searching for signal tuner 2". When running the system test, I show 97% on tuner 1 and 51% on tuner 2. I don't notice this problem on any other channels. Channel 390, which shows the same content as Channel 80, does not have this problem.

Can anyone suggest any troubleshooting?

Channel 80 is the MPEG2 feed that comes from either the 110 satellite (sorry, don't know transponder) while channel 390 is the MPEG4 feed that comes from the 99 (DirecTV 11) satellite. So you night want to check your signal levels on 110.

The HD channels in the high double digits are being phased out soon anyways.
