Was supposed to receive installation this morning between 8am and Noon for a new Direct TV HD system. About 12:30, I called Direct TV to see if they were coming. They called the Installers, JP & D Digital. Direct could not get through, so they gave me their number. I was on hold for 51 minutes with JP &D. It seems that the truck with the needed parts didn't come in, and they just didn't call and cancel their appointments. I really do not think they cared, and that is the attitude they took. I called Direct after my conversation with the installer and they were no help.
My question is this, should I stay with Dish, and upgrade with them? Or give Direct another chance. Because of work, It'll be 2-3 weeks before I will receive another Saturday off, and I really don't want to waste it waiting for JP & D.....I would like to eventually get a season pass for baseball again, but I do not think it is worth the aggravation.
