Should work with good diplexers
Not approved by Directv
Others around here have done it successfully
Only way to see is try and find out ;)

And make sure the BBC is somewhere waterproof, they aren't made for outdoor use.

One caution: it won't work for the current HD receiver (H23) and won't work for future HD-DVRs (models after the HR22), as those receivers don't use BBCs. Wideband tuners weren't available 2+ years ago, so BBCs were required to shift the lower frequencies (in the OTA band) up where the tuner could see them. Wideband tuners will see them where they are, so BBCs won't be used and the diplexing work-around won't work.
