It's on 709-1 here in Cleveland no problems.

It went down for about 5 minutes, they put the Giants/Dallas game on that channel, then Atlanta/Oakland, then some easy listening XM thing. They got it up just in time for overtime.

Hmm...I was watching throughout (except during commercial breaks, when I was flipping over to 703-1), and didn't see this happen.
