Anyone know what satellite/transponder(s) channels 360 and 501 are on?. I'm getting a 771 Searching for Satellite on those 2 and several other channels on both of my HR2x. I suspect the multiswitch in the slimline dish has failed.

360 is 99(c) transponder #13, 501 is 99(c) transponder #7

Oh, and since those are both odd transponders, I'd check other channels on 99/odds to see if that's the issue. If so, it could be a cabling issue, or as you suspect a multiswitch/LNB failure.

Thanks, yes signal strength on all of the odd transponders on 99(c) are showing 0 on all 4 tuners so I suspect its a bad LNB. I assume it isn't a line-of-sight issue since the even transponders are fine.

No it still can be a bad LNB as it happened to me a while back

I've lost the same channels. How did you resolve this issue in the end?
