Realigning dish

Hey all,
So i have next week off and I am thinking of having D* come out and fix my dish since my signals on 99 and 103 are not very good. I was just wondering what the best way to go about that is. Should I call D* or call the installer directly.
I know this might sound like a dumb question but I am still very new to D*. Also, I do pay for the protection plan which I think will help me not have to pay for them, right?

Call the protection plan number and tell them you need a realignment. That should take care of it.
