It is not unusual for the press to have pieces in place in the event of a famous personality dying. There was an incident a few years ago where, due to the AP computer malfunction, they reported that Bob Hope had died. If they examined the ad copy a bit more closely, they would have found XXXXXXs where certain key information would have been put in.
