721 downloading PPV [Archive]

has anyone had problems with the 721 not downloading ppv? i have movies that are 2 months old that aren't reported---i tried to do a "dial out" and it says "no dial out pending"....any thoughts?

I waited forever for them to bill my monthly wrestling PPV's. It seems like it's better with 109.
