Part of the story:The country's second-largest satellite TV provider has terminated relationships with at least 23 retailers across the country since September. The Douglas County-based Dish says it believes those resellers engaged in fraud and misrepresented customer accounts.
"I think we're being more vocal about our efforts," said Jeff Blum, a Dish vice president and associate general counsel. "We want others to know there are consequences if you steal our signal or engage in fraud."
Remember it took Directv 4 tries to get it right. If you take into account the different security revisions this will attempt 3 for Charlie.

You mean for Kudelski. The company does design and manufacturing SC for Dish and rest of the World.
Exactly what I mean, yes.
To clarify *security revisions not denoting the numerous rom's but platform wide encryption (i.e. Nagra3, 2, 1).
