wireless phone jack

Does anyone else have there dish network service hooked up to a wireless phone jack instead of directly to phone jack. For anyone that is hooked up to a wireless phone jack. Why is it that the caller id doesn't always work when you have a wireless phone jack. it works sometimes but not always the name and number will come on tv screen.

I use a wireless phone jack and, it works great. I have very rarely seen the caller id not come up but, it is very rare and I have know idea what causes it.

I have one and it works fine. Why it's called "wireless" I'll never know.

Same with me. Sometimes the caller id works, sometimes it doesnt.
It does always dial out every month and whenever i check the connection
it tests ok

My caller ID works 99% of the time. My current problem is that although the 622 sees a phone and the caller ID works, Dish is now saying they can't connect and wants to charge the access fee.

Try resetting your wireless jack.

Thanks for the advice, dennis. It was the first thing I did. Besides, my caller ID never stopped working and the wireless jack's pilot light remained green all along. Usually when it loses connectivity, it turns red.
