Pole mount limit?

I was wondering what the limits are for a pole mounted install of a DISH500. It's an townhouse apartment install for a friend, so I have to go the concrete bucket mount route. Unfortunately, close trees dictate a pole 16 feet high. What would the right size bucket and pole material be for something this tall?

The lever arm and flex involved with a 16 foot pole with the wind load on a Dish 500 would require a pole and bucket that is outside of the capabilities of most amateur and even professional installers. In fact, either a guyed mast or tower with a permanently anchored based would be the only viable option.
