The marines in iraq found over 11 million U.S dollars . Saddam has replublic guards so , we know the money was to keep the republicans there . Republican = bad times and war . Democrats = good times and no war . Look at iraq , they had the republic guards . They had rape / torture chambers . That was under republicans Bush is hoping that all they money will go to him and the GOP . Now , that iraq is free of saadam . Bush is hoping they will voter for him in the next election .
