New South Asian Dish Network Satellite

I received a letter today in mail about upgrading my existing Dish Network Antenna (119,118,110 and 129) to a new improved one.

Anyone knows the details about this upgrade and why are they doing it? I was recently upgraded to 118 Satellite.

I called DN today and they say that I still have 148 their system was update with my new satellite info.

Their system doesn't want to keep configurations well...

I have a Dish 1000 (and have had since I bought my 211 a year ago)...

When I moved and called to update my address, the rep couldn't update the address, since as far as they were concerned I only had a Dish 500, and couldn't get the HD programming... A supervisor finally got the system updated, and all was well...

I get frustrated when calling and get the CSR who doesn't understand how dish really works and only follows a script... (Like when I call for a re-hit and have to go through the same resets I've already done...)
