Have a client with 2 dishes (same location) and 2 6x8 Zinwells (different locations) with an extra coax between the 2 switches.

Dish 1 feeds the 4 inputs on multi switch 1.
Dish 2 (Russian programming 95W ?) feeds flex port 1 on multi switch 1.
Multi switch 1 has 4 outputs that cascade to 4 inputs on multi switch 2.
Multi switch 2 currently has nothing hooked to flex port 1.

Can we use a high-frequency power pass 2-way splitter to split the output of the Russian programming dish twice and feed one output of the splitter to each multi switch flex port 1?

Evidently the boxes hooked to multi switch 1 receive programming from both dishes. The boxes hooked to multi switch 2 via the cascade from switch 1 do not get the Russian programming. Ideally I'd replace with a 6x16 but that's not possible due to the two different locations this home is wired for cable distribution.

Thanks in advance.

Yes. Using two wide band power passing splitters will be the only way to get the Russian programming on all receivers. The control signal does not get passed through when switches are cascaded.

why 2 splitters? i should just need one to splitt 95 dish to both flex ports. but i think i will use 5 WB splitters for all feeds from the 2 dishes and then run all 5 to both wb68

Oops, your right, should have been one. Been a long day. :p

Anyway, yes, you could also do a splitter for each of 13/18/13-22khz/18-22khz/flex 1 as well.

As already confirmed it can be done. but only once

Officially, WB68's are not supposed to be cascaded from each other, although in practice it's "usually" OK. The correct configuration here would be to split each of the 5 satellite feed to the respective inputs on both WB68's.
